Live sessions

What are Live Sessions?

Through Live Sessions our implementation team will be able to promote online, client specific E-learning training courses. The on-line session will consist of a ‘virtual' group of trainees, all learning directly from the convenience of their local PC. The Coldharbour trainer, using conference call facilities, will be able to speak to the delegates as a group or choose to have private conversations with individual delegates.

Users will see on their PC screen whatever the instructor wishes to publish. This includes, but is not restricted to, PowerPoint presentations, virtual whiteboards or a live view of the product as shown on the trainers PC.

Throughout the Live Session, users will be able to switch from the instructor's desktop view to a local copy of the product for on-line practice or to carry out specific training exercises.

Each training session can be recorded and purchasable as re-training packages for the client.
