Accessed via the Internet, these lecture-style sessions focus on specific areas of the product. Trainees can access these sessions on-demand focussing only on the areas they need to learn about.

Coldharbour Systems are currently in the process of rolling out Recorded Sessions for our suite of products.

E-learning for Domiciliary Care is now available through approximately twenty Recorded Sessions, each focussing on a specific area of the product. This method of training is particularly suited to refresher training and induction training for new staff.

• Fair usage policy
  Unlimited access is based on our fair usage policy for viewing Recorded Sessions which reflects what we believe is a reasonable maximum level of system usage. Clients who consistently exceed their monthly capacity will be requested to either reduce their usage of the Recorded Sessions or upgrade to the appropriate subscription tier.
  
  Please note, we understand that usage of the Recorded Sessions is subject to peaks and troughs and subsequently we would not restrict a client purely as a result of a couple of months of excess usage of the system.
  

This equates (approximately) to one session per day per user.
