Compliance/corporate governance
Corporate governance within the sector covers a number of areas concerned with patient safety, both qualitative and quantitive in nature. Most performance measures start with the qualitative capture of data which then results in a performance measure which is quantitive.
The module is based on a health professionals' role in recording the qualitative data and narrative concerning the measure being captured. Management is primarily concerned with accessing the resulting quantitive data.
All of the corporate governance facilities integrate with our Business Intelligence tools enabling detailed reporting or fast visual review through the active dashboard. In addition we have utilised a traffic light system throughout the module to enable those monitoring governance and performance to be able to quickly identify issues from the active dashboard or more detailed text.
