Contract management

A core requirement of the Agency Care solution is to hold the specifics of each client contract, both single private contracts and for corporate and local authority clients.  This section of the system governs how care is delivered, shift work patterns, shift requirements and the specific charge and pay criteria.

The charge and pay information is held away from end-user screens.  This allows the consultant responsible for placement to concentrate on filling the shift rather than entering respective information on charge and pay rates for each client.
