Matching

Via the system, users are able to search through the current available shifts for suitability to a particular candidate.  The type of care provided by care professionals means that validation of skills, grade and qualification are more stringent than other industries. 

Agency Care caters for the specific requirements of a nursing and care environment including:

• Unlimited number of candidate skills - each with a review date / expiry.
• Optional search facility for experience as well as qualifications.
• Structured approach to CRB, passport and visa checks.
• Respect for grade structure of nursing (e.g. if a grade D candidate is not available, look for grade E.)
  

In addition, the ability to match availability and previous contact history, as well as being able to deal with exclusions are all part of the standard search criteria.

Repeat bookings are automatically generated through Agency Care.  For example, if a hospital worker wants three grade D nurses to work a certain shift for each of the next seven days, this only requires one entry.  The system will automatically generate all 21 shifts with the single click of a button.
