Visit management

In-built SMS text messaging technology can be utilised to automatically communicate visit updates to carers.

Post code validation software and Microsoft Mappoint are utilised to assist in effective route planning, finding the closest carer and verifying travel time and mileage claims. 

Once visits have been completed they are confirmed within our system.  This can be done automatically, manually or using data from a 3rd party monitoring solution, for example telephone monitoring or use of Digital Pen and Paper.  The confirmation of a visit will automatically trigger the generation of the appropriate pay and bill elements for that visit.
