Enquiry tracking/child details
An enquiry tracking module records and reports details of prospective child registrations, which are linked to the nursery waiting list and room history/availability information. Recorded enquiry details can be converted into confirmed registrations without the need for re-keying. Comprehensive child registration details include:-
- Child number (automated or manual entry)
- Name
- Alias (e.g. nickname)
- Male or female
- Child status
- Date of birth
- Age
- Date registered
- Start date
- Estimated leave date
- Actual leave date
- Age at leave (calculated automatically)
- Reason for leaving
- Parent/keeper/guardian details
- Known siblings
- Details of activities for which parent/keeper/guardian have given their permission
- Ethnic origin
- Primary language
- Distinguishing marks
- Illnesses
- Disabilities
- Diet
- Activities from which the child is excluded
