Business information/KPI reporting
Within Nursery Care, there is an extensive library of standard reports. These can be augmented for consolidated reporting via our tailored Management Information Systems (MIS) report pack or through our Global Report Generator (GRG) product. Global Report Generator (GRG) offers a tool for organisations wishing to extract operational data from our products themselves. GRG extracts client selected data from our operational products within a single Microsoft SQL Server database. Report formats are manipulated and output in preferred formats such as Excel or the plug in of sophisticated business intelligence tools like COGNOS or Hyperion for corporate reporting integration (see our brochure on GRG and reporting options). The GRG tool used in conjunction with Coldharbour's Global Scheduler product can generate client report packs automatically including distribution of operational reports via email or to PDA devices. All of our standard reports have flexible search criteria including filtering, from and to dates and can be output to printer, XLS or PDF for emailing.
