Coldharbour Systems have, for some years, followed a strategy of addressing the blended care services approach emerging as the lines between specific care provisions have merged. Requirements identified for a potential single system to address a wide range of residential and community care solutions are a reality. It is common for our care providers to embrace a number, if not all of the listed care services, including community care in both a domiciliary care and extra care services environment.
Flexibility
Any care business also requires great flexibility from the software solution regarding the chosen method of control for the business. To this end our clients are running many different configurations of centralised applications, partially de-centralised or fully de-centralised. These key configurations can hold centralised business rules controlling, for example, a complex residential care business within multiple entities, homes and regional structures.

The HOMECARE family of residential care products seamlessly integrate to our Coldharbour Financials corporate accounting system, global reporting and business intelligence solutions. Systems can be implemented via the client's existing technical platform, a Coldharbour supplied platform or our Hosted Services and Disaster Recovery platform.
