The shift towards supported living raises staffing issues and poses challenges for schedulers, managers and care providers. Coldharbour Systems' Supporting People has been designed with this in mind over the last fourteen years.
The solution enables easy entry of visit data allowing multiple visits to be entered from one point. Rotating care plans and fixed date specific packages of care along with ad hoc visits are all accommodated. Our intuitive resource planner utilises both drag and drop, and mouse over technology to allow rapid allocation and re-allocation of carers to visits. From this central screen, an operator has a "dashboard" view of all unallocated visits, carer availability, previous visits, planned work versus contracted hours and gaps.
The system can search for the most appropriate carer, matching availability, skills, qualifications, geographical proximity and visit history.
