Visit management/recording outcomes
In built SMS text messaging technology can be utilised to automatically communicate visit updates to carers.
Post code validation software and Microsoft Mappoint are utilised to assist in effective route planning, finding closest carers and verifying travel time and mileage claims.
Once visits have been completed they are confirmed within our system. This can be done automatically, manually or using data from a 3rd party monitoring solution, for example telephone monitoring or use of Near Field Communications via a mobile phone.
The confirmation of a visit will provide outcome reporting and automatically trigger the generation of the appropriate pay and bill elements for that visit.
The complete area of assistive technology and integration of technologies to our system increases the circle of independence, control and choice, whilst providing economic benefits to the care provider.
