A key enabler within our system is the in depth parameterisation and configuration of areas such as time bands, complex charge rates, multiple funders and invoice formats, carer pay rates, timesheet formats and other business rules. This allows the operator to concentrate on allocating visits rather than becoming involved with complex contractual calculations.
