Coldharbour Systems specialise in the supply, development and support of products which manage fee income and staff costs as well as providing comprehensive management reporting.  Our financial management applications interface to industry standard accounting and payroll systems.  Alternatively we can provide a full two-way interface to our own corporate accounting suite, Coldharbour Financials.

• Residential Care
  Initially providing financial management and reporting systems to the residential care market, Coldharbour Systems are the undisputed market leader of software solutions for private and charitable care providers.
• Domiciliary Care/Community Care
  In 1993, and with the emergence of the domiciliary care market, many residential care operators began to extend their services to provide community health services, as well as institutional care.  Now the largest private domiciliary care operators in the UK rely on our Domiciliary Care system for efficient visit management as well as accurate and automated pay and bill calculations.
• Nursery Care
  As we entered the new millennium we found that many residential care operators were entering the children's nursery sector.  As part of our vertical integration strategy, in 2000, we launched our Nursery Care product and within just three years our systems were being used by 70% of the top ten nursery care providers in the UK.
• Agency Care
  By 2003 we had identified an increasing trend for domiciliary care organisations to provide multi-disciplinary services such as the provision of flexible care staff provision as well as domiciliary care from the same branch.  Our Agency Care solution was developed in 2003 as a healthcare specific alternative to generic high street recruitment software.
• Acute and Mental Healthcare
  Following an extensive period of research and consultation with the major operators within the for-profit and independent care sector commencing in 2008, we identified a number of frustrations and common themes with existing fragmented and highly NHS focussed systems.  The system developed covers a high percentage of core requirements utilising established products whilst covering central front line patient centered activities including, clinical, administration, clinical governance, Income Processing etc.
