Management reporting

Having a best-of-breed financial and operational management system, automating the processes associated with managing income and paying your staff is an important part of running a successful business.  Equally important however is the timely delivery of comprehensive and accurate management reports, providing clear visibility of an organisation's financial position as well as operational analysis.

In addition to the stand-alone reports within Coldharbour applications two further enhancements are available for clients who wish to produce consolidated financial and statistical information across multiple sites:

  • MIS (Management Information Systems)
    Our dedicated MIS department provide tailor-made report packs collating data from different Coldharbour applications, financial products and Excel spreadsheets.
  • GRG (Global Report Generator)
    Through the use of GRG clients are able to collect, collate and interrogate normalised data from Coldharbour applications. The resulting data may be queried or manipulated using a large range of commodity end user packages or uploaded into more advanced reporting tools such as Microsoft Data Analyzer or Crystal Reports.  For those clients who do not want the technical overhead of using such reporting tools for data presentation, Coldharbour provide the BVxL module which can be used in conjunction with GRG to create operational and financial reports.  BVxL creates a dynamic link to the data within GRG through Microsoft Excel providing a reporting interface that users are familar with and which is easy to use.
