Coldharbour XL Reporter empowers users to effectively analyse business data without having to understand the intricacies of underlying data structures. Providing a dynamic link between the data stored within GDA and Microsoft Excel, once created, spreadsheets can be updated as the source data changes, eliminating the need to constantly download data and recreate reports.

The resulting information can be interrogated to create bespoke Excel based reports with full drill-down capability removing the need to consult other reports or systems to justify aggregated figures.  Coldharbour XL Reporter is implemented in three stages:

• Data element definition
  We supply a sample of data element templates, enabling many reports to be written ‘out of the box'. However the
  system is flexible, such that client-specific data elements can be created to reflect the reporting needs of their organisation.
• Report design
  Using Microsoft Excel, the user builds the reports they require. All of the standard features of Excel are available.
• Report deployment
  The report may be distributed to end-users either via email or the web.
