Re-structure

In the last few years we have seen the development of a number of new and increasingly sophisticated Coldharbour Systems' software products.  Our customer base is diverse, ranging from small single site operators through to large corporate organisations both in the private and public sector.  The differing requirements of customers of different sizes is further heightened by the expansion of our market place which encompasses residential care providers, children's nurseries, domiciliary care providers and care agencies.

In January 2006, a restructure of the support department was implemented to ensure we maintain the consistently high level of knowledge needed to provide effective support as well as meeting and exceeding our client's expectations regardless of their size and the software they are using.

The department

  • Team Manager
    The role of team manager has been created which encompasses the following responsibilities:
    • Managing changes to the support process.
    • Maintaining focus on customer support needs.
    • Providing a point of contact for clients who wish to escalate issues.
    • Focusing on department performance improvement.

Team Manager - Mike Day

  • Team Leaders
    Specialist team leaders have been introduced who are responsible for the management and development of their individual area of product activity as well as providing support and guidance for their team members.
