System modelling

Every client who purchases one of our applications receives a 'vanilla' copy of the software.  System modelling is carried out by one of our project implementation consultants at the outset of implementation in conjunction with our clients to create the perfect 'flavour' of application.  Every aspect of our solution set is highly parameterised and therefore customisable, enabling us to mould the system to the clients' internal processes rather than the client having to change their business practices to fit in with our system.
