As part of the capabilities of our Hosted Services, we are also able to provide a solution to disaster recovery of client systems. For clients who wish to address purely a disaster recovery solution, they can purchase the facility separately from our complete Hosted Services package.

- Instigate agreed media retrieval process to Coldharbour offices in Bristol.
- During media delivery, engineers will be working to transfer users to disaster recovery systems.
- Restoration of data into fail-over systems.
- Re-configuration of data and re-structuring of software applications.
- Assurance that defined users are logged in and operating.
