Joined Coldharbour Systems: October 1995
James joined Coldharbour as a junior engineer looking to learn his trade through practical experience. As James' level of skill and knowledge increased he was promoted through the department, firstly to engineer, then senior engineer and finally in 2004 to hardware manager. In his role as manager, James' main responsibilities include:
- Managing all new installations
- Support existing installations
- Specify and design new systems
- Oversee Hosted Services project
- Ensure continued personal development within the department
